Orders in stock are shipped within hours. For equipment that requires custom configuration, such as alarm or home automation kits, the average delivery time is 48 hours from the date of order, so that our engineers can test and prepare the equipment. 

Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout. 

We recommend that you check the condition of the packaging upon delivery. If you detect any external damage, you should mention it on the courier's delivery note.
