Specialised services: Directvision, Soluções de Integração, Lda., the entity behind the brand, focuses on system installation and integration. 

Technical support: The company provides specialized technical assistance services. To activate the warranty for the installed or supplied equipment, simply contact dVision (Directvision, Lda.) directly. We offer one hour of free technical support, which can be carried out remotely or on-site at our facilities, and for equipment where possible, and requested by the customer, they will be sent already configured.

Legal Warranty of Consumer Goods: Without prejudice to the performance or commercial warranties mentioned above, and in accordance with Decree-Law No. 84/2021, all products sold in our online store come with a 3-year legal warranty against non-conformity. In the case of goods installed by us, the warranty also covers the correct installation of the equipment. 

 How to claim the warranty: To exercise their rights, the consumer must contact us through the support email or the contacts indicated on the Contact page, accompanied by the purchase invoice.
